Justice Involved Women

A significant opportunity to improve criminal justice outcomes with women exists as a result of advances in research and development regarding gender-informed effective practice. The Center is working to help corrections agencies to use new information and tools to actually implement changes in policy and practice that can be evaluated for their potential to achieve desired outcomes with women – reductions in offending and improvements in the wellbeing of women and their families.
