This webinar highlights the findings and lessons learned from a national Jail Summit co-sponsored by the NRCJIW and the American Jail Association in October 2017. The specific needs of and opportunities for supporting women as they transition through and home from jails will be discussed. Examples of innovative approaches will also be discussed, and available resources to support jail administrators and others to better support women’s reentry to their communities will be shared.
