The Center for Effective Public Policy is in the OJP Bureau of Justice Assistance Spotlight!

The Center for Effective Public Policy (in partnership with Applied Research Services) provided technical assistance to Rhode Island’s Parole Board to validate and improve their risk assessment tool, and update the state’s parole decision making policies to reflect these changes. The goal of the project was to enhance public safety and promote successful reentry in Rhode Island’s communities statewide.
