Cookies/Local Device Storage

IP Address & Click Data
Information regarding the identity of your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and click activity is collected. This information is used for internal system monitoring and to administer the Website. This information may also be used to gather and aggregate broad demographic information and profile data.
Registration Data
During registration for a CEPP event, a user is required to provide some personal information, including name, email address, and contact information. CEPP uses this information to facilitate event coordination. Under no circumstance is the information provided to or shared with third parties. The mailing list registration process may involve your voluntary submission of some or all of the following information: name; email address; physical address; telephone number; occupation or role; job title; employer, geographic location; jurisdiction.
Information Provided to Third Parties
Service Providers
CEPP may use third-party partners to help operate and maintain the Website. Third-party service providers are contractually restricted from using or disclosing any Website Information or Personal Information except as necessary to perform services on CEPP’s behalf or to comply with legal requirements.
Aggregate Statistics
CEPP may disclose non-personally identifiable aggregate statistics regarding user behavior as a measure of interest in, and use of, the Website, such as overall patterns or demographic reports that do not describe or identify any individual user. Information relating to aggregate statistics may be collected through the use of third-party cookies and other third-party tracking devices.

Minors Guidelines
