Jenna Mackey
Program Manager
Ms. Mackey specializes in the practical application of research and the implementation of evidence-based practices. She has held positions in criminal justice at the federal, state, community, and university levels for nearly 15 years. She was formerly a Program Director with the Indiana Department of Correction and was instrumental in the implementation of evidence-based case management, programming, and continuous quality improvement practices across the state’s adult prisons. As a consultant for the University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute, Ms. Mackey collaborated with dozens of agencies across the country to implement Effective Practices in Community Supervision (EPICS). She has also provided research support to the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the Vera Institute of Justice. Ms. Mackey has years of experience delivering direct services to adults on probation and parole, as well as to youth in residential treatment. She graduated summa cum laude in 2008 with a BA in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and summa cum laude in 2013 with an MA in forensic psychology from Marymount University (Virginia).
